This project is a commercial landing project. Analyze and investigate the status quo of Hongjitang from two macro perspectives: internal and external factors. After systematic research and analysis, a scientific research report is formed, and then the advantages, risks, opportunities and challenges are judged, based on the foothold of Hongjitang's brand development, to help it create a distinctive brand image and complete the brand upgrade.


本项目为商业性落地项目。通过内外因两大宏观角度分解调研宏济堂企业现状。经过系统化地调研分析形成科学化的调研报告,进而判断出优势、风险、机遇与挑战,立足于宏济堂品牌发展的落脚点来助其打造鲜明品牌形象,完成品牌升级。
